AG Business Development was asked to prepare the organisation for the next step in growth. The first step was a review of the total organisation in two weeks to identify the status of the organisation. After this, senior management was changed and a new organisation structure was designed. The existing product which was produced and brought to the market was a heating panel on biogenetic light. The new products were a solar cell with a high yield and new technology to make drinking water out of seawater. For the existing product and the new products, new fuding was needed to expand and developed to produceable products.
